About the Project:
Evidenza, an AI market research startup, needed a modernized website to reflect their innovative approach and prove their credibility in the market. Their website wasn’t fully highlighting the value of their product, and much of their research content lived on external publications, which made it harder to build authority and grow organic traffic. Evidenza partnered with KARL Mission to transform their website into a conversion-driven, SEO-friendly platform that could better serve their business goals.

Mission:
Our mission was to:
- Optimize and redesign the homepage for stronger conversions.
- Create new product pages to highlight Evidenza’s full product range.
- Restructure their research and articles to expand the sitemap and publishing capabilities, enabling them to host webinars, whitepapers, and articles directly on their website.

Process:
To achieve Evidenza’s goals, we followed a structured, research-led approach that combined SEO strategy, design thinking, and content development:
1. SEO Briefs: We created detailed briefs that defined target keywords, page intent, and recommended on-page SEO elements. These not only guided copywriting but also ensured every page was aligned with Evidenza’s search visibility goals.
2. Audit: As part of the design process, we carried out a quick audit focused on conversion opportunities, content gaps, and user experience. This included checking for clarity in messaging, ensuring strong visual contrast, and identifying areas where the design could better guide users toward action.
3. Wireframes: We developed wireframes to outline a clear, intuitive site architecture. This helped align stakeholders early on, ensuring the flow of information supported both user journeys and conversion goals.

4. Design & Asset Creation: Using the wireframes as a foundation, we created modern, trust-building designs. The original site did not feature any of the product UI or example reports, so we developed custom visuals to showcase the product and give users a clear sense of what Evidenza offers. We also crafted layouts that emphasized credibility (through testimonials, case studies, and leadership) and designed supporting assets for a cohesive, professional look.

5. Development QA: We worked closely with developers to test functionality across devices and browsers, ensuring a seamless, bug-free experience for end users.
6. Copywriting: The original research articles only linked out to external sites, so we created landing pages for each article as part of the new structure. To give each page context and SEO value, we wrote original summaries and supporting copy. This not only improved discoverability but also allowed Evidenza to host content on their site while still linking to the full external articles.
Solution:
Homepage
We transformed the homepage into a conversion-focused experience by:
- Optimizing the above-the-fold area with clear USPs and statistics.
- Moving the explainer video above the fold to showcase Evidenza’s platform.
- Improving SEO through structured headings.
- Showing more testimonials in the viewport to build trust.
- Incorporating visuals of the product UI.
- Adding new sections for use cases, case studies, and the leadership team.
- Creating an FAQ section to support both SEO and user questions.

Product Pages
We designed a scalable product page template with consistent storytelling and conversion elements, including:
- A problem statement and “how it works” overview.
- Benefits, features, and report examples.
- “Why Evidenza?” differentiators.
- Client testimonials and case studies.
- FAQs for SEO and user clarity.
- Smart linking to other products to avoid dead ends.
Research Articles
Previously, research content lived only on external sites. We restructured it into a CMS collection with:
- Landing pages for each article, featuring summaries for SEO and context.
- Internal CTAs to drive conversions.
- A scalable format that now supports publishing whitepapers, webinars, and in-house research directly on Evidenza’s site.
This new structure not only improved visibility and user experience but also positioned Evidenza as a thought leader in their industry.
